I'm going to start doing this.

30 minutes of stationary bike y'all!

really felt some burn on the elliptical today!

no pain, no slightly lower cholesterol and resting heart rate chumps!

Stationary cycle? More like "re" cycle.

Is this your go-to line at the water cooler too?

no, I keep my headphones in so none of the tanktops talk to me.

Just saw a late-posted Halloween costume photo. This girl dressed up as a pregnancy test (positive) and made her husband dress up as pee. I don't even...

That is so awesome.

The only drama person I have is some chick from Lee's Summit.  Big shocker there, I guess.

I like it when people brag about going to the gym or doing physical activity. I've been guilty of it in the past but no more. I think most people are just lying anyways.

Depending on the person, I don't mind it.  If people are getting started I think the positive encouragement could be useful.  Now the roid head that lifts everyday, STFU
yeah I can somewhat agree with that.. and if any of you have friends that do crossfit they are the absolute worst, I don't need to see a picture of me or of anyone else lifting so please put the rough ridin' camera phone away.

No one asked for your opinion on what we wanna name our baby and to be honest we don't care if you don't like the names cause it's not your child for one for two your not family or a friend so we could careless what you think THANKS =)

Names are Kambrie for girl, or Kaisen for boy, btw.

If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Tell them Kaisen isn't a bad name. It's kind of cool, seriously.

so much irony today of people posting things about people voting for romney because they are christians, when obama is a christian and romney is a mormon.
