Day 17: Last day in Buffalo. Overslept, barely had any breakfast, pizza for lunch, qdoba at the airport for dinner, and peanut brittle someone gave me as dessert (It wasn't worth the calories). Finally home and tomorrow will be 100% on plan and over a gallon of water will be drank. One day won't make me fat, just like one day of healthy eating won't make me thin. It's the quantity of days combined that get you there.This one was funny....Can't wait to see the scale Saturday.
Day 18: Me = 0Wine & dessert = 1Up late, exhausted from the travel. Breakfast had a protein shake, lunch Goodscents sandwich, salad bar for dinner....then wine and povitica got me in the holiday spirit. I'm not proud of my choices, but I'm proud of my progress the last 3 weeks. My goal is to maintain through Christmas, and I've lost #s so far, go me. Tomorrow is always another day to greatness.
Day 20: I refuse to give false hope. The last 2 days have been really hard, and I couldn't keep myself from eating my feelings... or maybe just partaking in the yummy holiday treats. If I can maintain for the next week, I'll take that as success. I know you can't cheat, and get the results you want; however I'm choosing to enjoy the festivities and not packing ahead and being obsessive about my food this year.
Day 21: Today we celebrated Christmas with the mans family. That meant drinks, wontons, turkey and all the sides, with plenty of sugar sprinkled in. It was a super fun day!! Hit the store on the way home to make sure I'm 100% on plan all week until Christmas Eve evening when all of the other family gatherings start. My goal this week is not only to be 100% on my meal plan, but to also get all my lifting and HIIT sessions done. (The Miss Universe Pageant, has me wishful thinking )

Day 28: The rule was to get right back on plan yesterday. Both days started right, then ended with pizza and other goodies. I let the food demons take over & binged myself sick. Days like these remind me that eating disorders are sneaking a**holes, at the end of the day I do have all the control and I have to know that I'm worth it. I lost weight before, I can do it again. I'm willing to change. I'm willing to work for it. So, I'm forgiving myself right now for the last 4 days and that's that.
in the end, EMAW will always win.
