OK, I just googled it....

Miss Colorado is a nurse and for the talent portion she came out in her nurse uniform wearing a stethoscope and talked about her job. They made fun of her saying she is "just a nurse" and "Why is she wearing a DOCTOR's stethoscope?" and "she just read her emails out loud".

All my ER nurse did was fail at getting my IV in three times and then cleaned up my puke. She was nice tho.
