Interesting fact: If you ask theater professors who were here when Stonestreet was, he wasn't really regarded as a great actor. He was obviously above average, but nothing incredibly special. Acting seems like such a crap shoot. Lots of good actors will work their ass off and never make it, and a lot of crappy ones will catch a break early.

It's almost as though you are saying some luck is involved in the acting game.

I've never watched a lick of Modern Family, but I'll take an immensely popular tv star repping the EMAW.

He carries himself well when he's on ESPN. Do not mind him at all.

Yes, plus he's really well spoken.

And he shows how progressive we are! Because he plays a gay guy!

I think I'd like to see him in a serious role, and have it be like really well received.

I'm really happy we talked this out. Looks like no matter what happens IRL, this guy is a confirmed bonified stud. 'Grats, guys!

I don't like him at all.  I think he's awful.  If I could choose between never seeing his face again ever or him continuing on in his show I don't watch and some shitty commercials, I would pick the to never see him again option.  eff that guy is what I say.

I thought his dramatic role in The Island was fantastic.

if bread simply doesn't like him as an actor or whatever then that's cool i guess. i mean, don't get me wrong though because i think it's super weird to have that strong of an opinion about his acting skills either way but hey whatever floats bread's boat and all that. at least he doesn't have some i tried to share a taxi with him in vegas once and he straight armed me so now i hate him story.

I enjoy Modern Family. If you haven't watched it, you should give it a shot.

I didn't start watching until USA because I don't normally find sitcoms funny.  But now even I think it is really rough ridin' funny.
