seems to me that joe "racist paleface dumbass" montgomery is trying to completely subvert the democratic process and take choice away from kansans by wiping the name of our commander-in-chief off the ballot completely (while simultaneously putting up a front every caturday of being all about liberty and "promoting the general welfare.") do you not see this as a conflict of interest? if you don't then there's nothing me or anyone else can do for you.

I would guess it would also be press releases and things like essentially being the public voice of the department. Which I would have guessed he could handle but this whole ordeal kind of makes me question that.

His youtube videos are disgusting, but that is "speaking his mind". When he goes before an incredibly biased panel and tries to get somebody removed from the ballot for a completely baseless reason, that is not speaking his mind. It's trying to impose his views on the entire state.

You can not be fired from a government job based solely on your speech outside of said job.
