Dropped from 1 to 2 in the Sagarin.

Alabama jumped from 7 to 1.

Oregon went from 8 to 7, only passing OU.

so...we will probably be number two in the BCS again this week, Oregon will jump Notre Dame to 3 and our gap between us and Bama will widen, and our gap between us and #2 (Oregon) will get smaller. Let the butthurt and paranoia begin.

ND 3, Florida 4. If you look at the rankings, there is a clump from 1 to 4, then a gap, then a clump from 5 to 7.  This is already Oregon's low throw out, but looks like its going to continue to be unless Florida or ND loses.

Alabama isn't going to lose.

Oregon isn't going to lose and they have two Top 15 teams left on their schedule in Stanford and OSU.

Been an amazing season, but there is virtually no way we finish ahead of them.

We just have to root for a choke job by one of those teams and hope we avoid one, obviously.  Though Bama probably had their closet thing last night, then LSU out choked them.  Oregon, we have to hope their Freshman QB chokes in one of the remaining games.

Those 2 teams play each other this week, meaning one of them knocks the other out, and when Oregon beats them, will drop the team to the fringe of top 25.

Also still hope Bevo can win against Farmaggie and Horned toads before their dismantling December 1st. Also since UCLA won, the Pac-12 Championship game no longer acts as a great a game for SOS as Oregon had hoped.

Sagarins ratings should give everyone pause...Bama jumping from seventh to first is hard to understand nine games into the season.  Interestingly Missouri is ranked 29th in Sagarin despite being 1-5 in the SEC with their only win over a (basically) winless Kentucky team.  The computers are hard to figure out...it also appears that ND gained ground on KSU in Sagarin even though they beat a team ranked 87th (Pitt).

I doubt we gain any ground in the human polls but the first real team that Oregon plays puts up 51 points on them???

Just for fun:  Average Sagarin ranking of KState's next three opponents is 27.67, Oregon's is 27.33.

Alabama jumping so many spots is not surprising.  They were 7th with a terrible schedule, so beating #5 on the road is bound to be a huge boost.  ND gaining ground is a bit surprising but I don't believe it was anything more than a minuscule amount.

It will look a lot different at the end of the year. Only hope is for Texas to be 9-2 when we play them, TCU and Baylor are pud.

Coach's is out.  Rankings are the same but the relevant changes to the vote total difference are.

Oregon increased their lead on us by a net 4 points

ND lost ground to us by 22 points
