Students/Winters
« on: September 08, 2012, 04:14:33 PM »
Soak in every second of it.  Stop, breathe deep, look around tonight.  High five the players, DVR Sportscenter, just take advantage.  Who knows how long it will last?  I wish I had savored the wins like a Opus One and Kobe filet.

DMac's son is a III.  I hope DMac is tremendous, simply because I want his son to play here.  (We all know how badass those III's are.)

I have 2 little kids, a job where I work a lot of Saturdays, and tons of grown up responsibilities.  I just can't be at every game anymore.  But today, I made my way up to the Little Apple, and nothing mattered in the whole world because I was on the top of it.  Felt good.

You bet I soaked in all in Limestone.  Every last drop of it.

ColSanders doesn't like standing next to me anymore because he says it scares him when I pick him up and hurts his shoulder when I punch him. *shouldershrug*, I get excited easily. I think he likes double high fives, though. Yea, double high fives are ok.

I was concerned with the number of students putting up the  :lynchmob: after an elite offensive play. Are they unaware that the  :lynchmob: is a defensive formation / mentality? Concerning.

The only great season I got as a student was 2003, savor it. Although I did get to see the rebirth of K-State basketball, even though it's dead again.

2000 Nubb was enough to hold me over for quite a while.
