The polls are really really really really bad. We got dropped 10 spots for losing to Missouri and never recovered. Pollsters stay committed to bad thought processes. Thank God the real top 25 starts next week.

Eh, looking at the other 2 loss teams ranked ahead of us, I’m having a hard time finding any that don’t deserve it. The only completely stupid thing is the same pollsters who dropped us over 10 spots for losing on the road to a record setting distance last second field goal, are the same pollsters who only dropped unc 7 spots for losing at home to arguable one of the absolute worst fbs teams in existence

Yeah, and vs a team currently 16 in said polls. Oh well. Just win, and continuing our Texas State Champs run will get us easily back into the top 15 by then. All I can think about honestly is getting to the Big 12 Champ game. One game at a time

UCLA have beaten absolutely no one and North Carolina and Louisville both should have dropped out of the top 25. I think that K-State and Oklahoma State are both top 25 teams right now.

Could be residual 2022 effects built in to other models. Snowbrag starts with a clean slate so generally takes longer to calibrate

well I think kford and snowbrag agree that tcu is MOST UNDESERVING of #28

irl though, they have lost to all 4 of their peers in the b12 this year (wvu, isu, ksu, ttu) and have only beaten the poverty teams (houston, byu). they will probably beat baylor pretty good and get handled by 2 scores vs UT. in the noncon, they lost to prime, beat an FCS team, and have their lone decent win of the year vs SMU.
