Bob sounds like a very useful ghost. The guy who died in the house in my OP was really good at keeping his garage clean and his riding lawnmower all extra spiffy. Think it is reasonable that I would introduce my self, tell him whats up, assign him the garage, and expect him to do oil changes and stuff while I am cooking dinner or something?

I suppose that is possible. still, what if there are some mean ghosts hangin around that see old man ghost being helpful in the garage? then they might come in and make fun of him for being such a ghost pussy. then they'll take over the house and eff with your stuff all the time, also they might make your kids levitate or make their heads spin around or something.

just pointing out the possibilities here.

just to be clear, Bob is my ghost friend, not CNS's. it is possible that bob and CNS's old man ghost are friends though, I don't know the rules on these kinds of things.

UPDATE: had the inspection this week. Immediately after the seller's realtor told me that there were actually three deaths associated with the house within a span of a few months.

Oh, also, one of the shower heads has to be replaced.

Not good guys......

Trick a priest into blessing the house. (Dont say anything about the plethora of ghosts living there.) If all goes well, buy the house and get used to hearing ghost noises.
