Assistant coach Alvin Brooks III got married on Saturday and was not in attendance. Weber said Brooks and his new wife will use the trip to Brazil as a honeymoon.

hey zack, frank is gone because he wanted out, not because of cussing.

it has nothing to do with frank leaving or staying, it's just nice that Fred Bramlage Coliseum is back to having a family atmosphere, regardless of the coach.

Matt Walters instantly put me in a  mood when he told the crowd to give Brucie a standing ovation.  My 6 year old and I DID NOT stand up.  I hate that fake crap.

Then Brucie gets the mic and fumbles around a dumb "little Apple" story and I became even more annoyed.

It was actually quite funny how quickly it pissed me off.  I went in ready for some fun with my 6 yr old son and that comment put me on edge the rest of the practice/scrimmage.

you should find a new hobby, sounds like following sports just isn't good for you.

My hobby is to teach my son not to be a blind follower of ridiculousness, hence, the not standing up for Brucie.  I enjoyed watching my wild wild cats play super sloppy basketball, but the fake showing of love for Webber was a little over the top.
