Protip: as of December/January, he bought back in. Kites/Rusty's has the same ownership. Ask Jakesie, for a while he was working at both.

I don't have access to the newspaper article, but I imagine it's the same thing. He hasn't been paying his bills, any of them. Which I guess is common practice for Mr. Wilson? Now, the bank is taking him to court for the money they're owed.

I figured this was common knowledge, as my co-worker (an ex-business partner of Rusty), has been telling me about it for the last two months. I guess, all I was trying to say was that I was surprised it was just now finding it's way into print.
