What did the seller do that mumped you over, though?

i bought the house "as is", and my realtor specifically told them not make any alterations.  they came through about two weeks later and put down shitty linoleum, a nasty cheap ass fiberglass shower and some guy basically stood in the center of the house and sprayed paint in the general direction of the walls.

I'm thinking you are just looking for a way to get revenge after reading the stick to the man thread. I mean come on.

1. You are buying a used house, you were going to repaint anyways. What's the problem?
2. If the floors were shitty enough for them to put in linoleum then you were probably going to be doing something with them as well. Now you have to take out linoleum instead of I'm assuming shitty carpet What's the problem?
3. If they replaced the tub that means you are either nasty as hell and were going to keep the old tub they thought was nasty enough no one would want it or you were going to replace it anyway. Now you have a new cheap ass one that you could at least sell for a little cash when you replace with a new one.

1.  read the part about how it was a shitty paint job.
2.  glued directly to the subfloor.  now i have to scrape that crap up, or hire someone to do it.
3.  there was no tub there.  it'll cost me more in time/money to pull it out and clean the subfloor than i could ever get for the tub.  cheap tubs are like $100 new.

4.  they were rough ridin' told not to touch anything.
