Was a bit Lemony Snickets how it played out.  Sex at parents house right before I left for the game, should have just went then and I would have been golden, but was late and so thought I would just TCB once I got there.  Instead I somehow missed my window and couldn't go/didn't have to go until we were already on the field/gametime and then the urge came on like a rough ridin' tsunami.  It was pretty mumped up and terrible for a half.  Played the entire time.  I couldn't bring myself to piss my pants.  While very distracted by it, I was also pretty angry over it too.  Really rough ridin' angry.  So maybe it balanced out.  Less attention/focus, but more intensity?  Would not recommend.
