Thanks for bumping this thread so I didn't have to search for it, Trim.
Read a couple theories today for the 2nd half of season 5 that I've been processing.
1. It's pretty well known that Walt takes on habits of the people he's killed. Krazy 8 didn't like crusts on his sandwiches. Ever since he killed him, Walt has cut the crusts off his sandwiches. In the finale of the first half of season 5, Walt drinks whiskey on the rocks. He has never drank this before, but it was what Mike drank. He took on a couple habits of Gus this season (the car, obviously the way he attempted to run his business). So the opening scene of season 5 was Walt putting the bacon on his breakfast to form "52" for his birthday. Skyler has done this for his 50th birthday (season 1) and for his 51st birthday (season 5). His last name on his fake ID is Skylers maiden name. Does this mean that Walt has killed Skyler by the time his 52nd birthday rolls around?
2. Pink has been associated with death throughout the show. In flashbacks to Jane, she talks about how the color pink was used in the paintings that she is showing Jesse. The lipstick smudge on her cigarette in Jesse's car is hot pink. The pink bear that seems to constantly come up. Walt is wearing a pink sweater when the airplanes crash. Holly is constantly seen in pink. Maybe just because the writers think it would be natural for a baby girl to always be in pink. But Dean Norris has also hinted at something bad happening to Holly. Granted, he hadn't read the script for the 2nd half of season 5 when he said it, and obviously it didn't happen in the first half, so who knows how much merit his comment had.
One last theory that made me chuckle is that the series ends with a homage to one of Vince Gilligan's favorite directors, Tarantino. Mr. Pink (Jesse Pinkman) gets away with the money. Cops bust in just as Mr. White (obviously Walt) shoots Mr. Orange (Hank, who's a cop, and also constantly wears orange).
