I forewarned the relevant people earlier I'd be submitting a receipt for tomorrow's dinner that I'll have to pay cash for and need to be reimbursed.

A pizza place that's open like 10 hours a week and you have to make reservations for.

I don't like seeing the owner now going on yelp and conceding points about service to some of these losers.

We had heard that these guys had the best pizza. It is really good, with nice choices. However, the service is very, very bad. You get ignored A LOT here. It is also very expensive. The atmosphere is pretty great, though.

We discovered that the restaurant opens on sort of a haphazard schedule- we got there on time, and cook didn't get there until about 30 minutes later.

The Scheme is truly a place for great Pizza. The restaurant is not ADA compliant so that is a moral issue. The interior is very 1960's and western themed. The pizza is excellent. Sandwiches are ok but go for the pizza. Tableware is Styrofoam which is tacky. The service is a bit lacksidaisical but adequate. Somehow takeouts are not as good as eating in. This has been true on a number of visits.
They should consider minor upgrades including even low cost plates and bowls.Eating salad out of Styrofoam was unappetizing.
Drinks are generally good.

It's also a bar, so if you aren't into drinking, the wait staff tends to cater to the drinkers and service is poor to non-drinkers.
