Depends on the setting. At work, pretty much never. At the gym or bars, pretty much every other word. During Cats' games, quite a bit, especially if it's close.

My cuss words are mainly adjectives.
Television and film are greatly improved by cuss words.
Also in the filter crowd.My customer the other day: "We need to have a rough ridin' talk about your rough ridin' language."We get along well so filter is turned to off (for both of us apparently).
Kids - even closer to never (won't even curse at cat games with kids around)
