K-State sent them a C&D letter.

Well, you did it wrong, because that dude isn't ceasing or desisting.  Maybe you guys had a typo in your letter or something?  Like asked him to "cease OR desist" or something? 

I say we wait and watch, and if that guy doesn't take his down, we just have _Fan put his back up for sale. 

To me, the takeaway is "LOL at people who freak out because they get a serious-sounding correspondence from an attorney."  Also, do whatever you want.

OR, maybe they were people who at one point in time were a person who freaked out at the idea of a letter like that but then later proved to be pretty darn cool headed about the letter topic and were somewhat vindicated and now are tapping their foot waiting for you to simply acknowledge their growth on this topic and want to be loved an appreciated for that.  Did you rough ridin' think of that, YOU SON OF A BITCH FACE?!?  Hypothetically.  Asking for a Canadian...
