People that speak like that generally sound like they think they are better than other people, which in most cases is pretty annoying. In Klein's case he is better in just about every way than mostly everyone else in the world.  When he does it I think it's great.  He probably gets it from Bill S. Does Bill S. say things like "again" a lot? He probably does, and he is also better than pretty much every other person on earth and those people who are up on space stations and stuff too.
