taylor swift has probably traveled to europe.  if there’s one place in kansas city that can impress her distinguished palate, it’s peppers, but holy cow, that location?!

whenever i’m at a bbq restaurant for the first time, I always start with the brisket.  i feel like if they can do that well, the rest of the menu will be on point (pun intended)

I always order the coleslaw first thing.  If they can get the coleslaw right, I trust them to get everything else right too.  Just a little tip from an insider who used to work in the food business (sonic).

I'm always surprised how many people don't like 'slaw.  It's my go to at basically any bbq place as a side.

Made it to Chingu finally and at some of the recommendations from here. The wings were pretty damn good, but were a complete mess. Also, I think someone here said they were a lot and that is true. I knew it ahead of time but I wasted like 3 of them. Wanted to try some different things and we had a show after so no way to save them. If I ever got them again, I would prob rather get them for takeout. Pretty good stuff overall.
