Need recommendos for anniversary dinner at the end of the month.
We've been to all the usual spots in town, and to the new places (antler room, corvino, Stockholm etc)

iirc your wife is with child so maybe consider one of the more far flung places like Justus Drug since you have a DD
Solid recommendo

Might I recommend Jose Peppers?

My wife's more of a jalapeños person.

You don't get to describe yourself as artisan

You can be a co-artisan.

My wife booked us for bluestem for my birthday in a couple of weeks.   We both really enjoyed our last visit.   But I find myself now wondering if Corvino or somewhere else deserves a try.   Anyone have any feedback?      It looks like the Tasting Room is sold out the night we had planned, but we could potentially reschedule.

Haven't done tasting room but I enjoyed the plates we had. It doesn't feel as refined menu wise as blue stem but I feel that's on purpose and the tasting room is probably more like bluestem... The main place is more approachable. The space itself and the live music contribute to that too.

I can't wait to go try the late night cheeseburger.

Have you been to Justus?   It's been on my radar for years but due to location we've never made it.

They are small plate format so I went with plates. Apologies.

I went once and it's worth it. I would probably go more, but yeah location.

yeah, i can see that.

Trying to decide between

bluestem
novel
eddie vs
rieger
justus
corvino (not the tasting room, it's booked)

the only one we've both been to is bluestem.   Thought about adding Julian since she's closing, but I just hear too many mediocre opinions.

I'd pass on Eddie v. Cool bar but the dinner wasn't anything special.
