at least i think i did, can't find the post b/c our shitty search function but have heard months ago this was happening

anyway, they lost a $1M+ settlement to buca de bepo b/c houston's had sewer water dripping down into buca and they would have had to spend $$ to fix all the problems with their location

do you have a date?

i love hillstone and i hate hillstone. they dgaf about money, the plaza location rakes. very sad but still plenty of time to chow my balls off there i guess.

no but in their leases it basically holds them responsible for everything inside including any plumbing or structural repair. essentially the tenant has to pay for everything after its ok'd by plaza ownership

Seems like shitty developing to let an issue like this run off a cash cow but Highwoods ownership was the fulcrum of the plaza

highwoods sold the plaza.

when you rent down here, you essentially rent the walls. everything else, including floors, windows, every thing, are paid for my the lessee

tried howards today.. very um dunno, i felt like the lumineers were sitting all around me.
they serve a double which consists of two small patties. not enough. the fries were pretty good, i'd give them a 3.5.
the hamburger would have been pretty good (think ~7.5-8 range) but they use this homemade cheese that is rough ridin' disgusting so i have to give the burger a 4.5. i'll go back and get it w/o the barf cheese and try it again next week maybe. maybe the decemberists will be there this time.

it had to be the cheese because i got it plain except for cheese it was really weird AF
everyone else likes them so i would recommendo you give it a shot and report back

also the crap is expensive. bob's is still #1 in the midwest BURGERMANIA region
