very, very OT here... but when cocobolos opened I lived a block away and went there a bunch. they had a nice quaint little dish called pete's evil desert chicken. it was magical and I'd order the crap out of it. then I moved out of manhattan.

one day and came back and they still had the dish, but it was complete dog crap and had rice instead of potatoes and other crap changes. I said bs and ordered it the old way which they made for me. I then continued to go off menu ordering the old evil chicken for years until guess what? they brought the old one back. you're welcome, mhk.
