well, it was a 7.0 and a 4.1, i'm sure you've had your share of 7.0/4.1's so you know exactly how it was


this burger had arugula on it which i just wasn't in the mood to eat so it got the boot, didn't trust the pickle so i didn't eat that.
the sauce was a dijon vinaigrette which i wish it had more of it on the burger but most got stuck on the arugula.

i usually keep the lettuce and onion (only some) and boot the pickles/tomato/other ancillary crap these clown chefs try to get creative with

the fries were pretty good, upon reconsideration, i'm bumping them to a 4.3
the homemade ketchup was garbage, they could learn a lot from houston's ketchup recipe

tomorrow, as BURGERMANIA pushes on, it looks to be a coin flip between howard's or green room, probably howard's (never been/looks great)

BURGERMANIA day 3 has brought me to green room burgers and bottles

my order today is the original Tom burger (beef patty seared with worchestershire and butter, topped with cheddar cheese and bacon) and a small fries

i'm pretty excited about this son of a slut

We had a good time! They have a deal on burgs so we each got a burg. Mine was the New Mexico one with guac, pico, jalepeno, pepper jack etc. I got Sweet 'tate fries as my side. They bring you house chips as an app. Also I went there for brunch once and enjoyed it.

wow what a great BURGERMANIA session today. 





yup, that's mayo.  what a great burger that the original tom turned out to be.  best patty i've had yet this week, the butter and worcestershire really take it over the top.  and the bun was good too.  not enough cheese and the bacon was chewy and not crispy.


burger (1-10): 8.6, great burger, caramelized the proteins on the grill just like it's supposed to be.  they didn't ask how l liked it cooked, i appreciate the bravado of not pretending to care how i want it cooked like a lot of places and then bringing it out however they want.  these guys didn't ask and didn't care. 
 
fries (1-5): 3.0, just your typical bar/pub french fry nothing special but they were served warm so they get a small fist bump for that.

well i am feeling it too, it's kinda taken over my life.  you don't want to know the hours of research i do every night as i plan out the next day's BURGERMANIA session.   it's so important to make correct decisions, who wants a bad patty?  mon deux!
