Walk up to trailer window... Order. All their sandwiches I've had have been great... Never pulled the trigger on the burger though.

Yeah the inside is the butcher... Its my go to when needing tailgate or grilling out party meat.

seems most of the customers aren't hipster... They are usually old people grabbing meals prior to Kauffman events (it appears)

yeah i do remember that ad campaign. believe it or not there was a decent sized beef patty in there, i would guess they run about a 1/3rd pound each. it wasn't a bad burger.

used to have a B&M location, now just the butcher shop & food truck AFAIK

all 3 burgers are pretty much the same there because i pick off all of the gross crap
