no. they were ok, but pretty mushy, without that perfect char level on the burnt end of the burnt end. it was hard for me to like them very much since q39 and even char bar have better BE's.

Maybe once they get their smoker on site and don't have to bring in all the meat in hotboxes, it will improve.

Who has the best burnt ends in the city? I had OK Joe's a couple of weeks ago and they were fantastic but they weren't really burnt ends so much as they were fatty pieces of brisket. I think AB's might be my favorite I've had.

Went to winslows (?) BBQ in the river market for lunch yesterday. Very meh.

Ms. Wacky and I have tried to go there twice and both times service never came and we walked out. They should give that spot to a prime time bbq place here in KC.

Was on the streetcar down to the river market, didn't feel like pizza from minsksys or Il lazzarone. So I gave it a shot. Won't do it again.
