Went to The Rieger last night, I ordered the Foie Gras Mortadella, and they said that it didn't turn out and I had to order the Steak Tartare instead, it was pretty good, a little too pickly for me though.   For my meal, Rabbit Marbella, that was really good. Would recommend!

Our rehearsal dinner tonight is at Gorrozo's. I'm going to order like I'm a boss, cause it's free.  :driving:  :gocho:

 How much do you think a McGruder autograph is worth? What about a dinner with McGruder for the little guy? These aren't priceless moments, bookie.  :D

I've not added any interest at this point... I'd think the aforementioned fringe benefits should just about cover any potential interest, thus leaving just the principle balance.   :D

Blvd Tavern might have the best steak tartare in the city.  Best I've ever had was either Les Halles in NY or Greenhouse Tavern in Cleveland.

I'm going to try Rye for the first time this weekend. I know I'm way behind.  SpeciallBrunch buffet and their new cookbook is included in the price of brunch, so couldn't have waited for a better time IMO

Rye was very good. I had the shaved beef philly. Co-worker got the burnt end sandwich, it looked amazing. I do want to try the brunch.

No, Rye is the husband and wife from Bluestem. According to Q39's website they are from another husband/wife team "Rob Magee with his wife Kelly"

Husband/wife chefs are the new food trend, who knew?!

The burnt end hash you guys, wow. And the apple pancakes :lick: Extra thick bacon! They just kept bringing the fried cinnamon rolls too. Can't wait to make some things in the book

The KFC wings at Blvd Tavern are pretty great. Also great how they keep the kitchen open late.

Did Char Bar for lunch. The three of us that went all agreed we liked our meals better than what we have had before at Q39. And it's more convenient with all the easy and accessible parking.

Is there anything dumber than a restaurant? Hey I'm gonna pay you money and you serve me food. What kind of nonsense is that? Exactly.
When one person, for whatever reason, has a chance to lead an exceptional life, he has no right to keep it to himself.
