I mean, I can't even bring myself to pretend that we have a JohnBlake-lite thing here. Our best scenario is that Weber recruits pretty good players and fails so miserably they're still there for the next guy to use. Just rough ridin' depressing.

Remember when we were all

when the Big 12 was about to implode in 2010, leaving the real possibility of having to join the Mountain West? And the real fear was that so little revenue would be distributed from that conference to each of the schools that we may no longer be able to keep paying our coaches competitive salaries, especially Frank Martin. So thankfully we avoided that fate and here we are two short years later virtually self-destructing. I can't stand it.

Gottlieb sporting purple tie on ESPN News today. His facial expression to @Jpullz tweet was hinting at all the great things he could have done with the team...and that Weber hire is going to run the program's momentum into the ground (at least thats what I got from his expression).
