In high school I worked at the Five Points Dillons (btw when I went in October I didn't remember a 6th point, don't even know how that's possible)
While at GCCC I worked at Maurices (man we hated the crap out of the Buckle, I mean they worked off of commission), the GCCC library and the GCCC counseling office.

anybody ever go to the "haunted house" somewhere east of gc....i think it was on 16 mile road or nearby.  a car with groceries still in the trunk that looks really old and stuff.  pretty sure someone told me it burned down a few years ago because some junkies were living there.

When I tell non SWKS'ers that when I went to the "city" it was Wichita or Colorado Springs they can't believe that we drove that far.

I'm assuming you are from the SWKS, SCKS gray area; Pratt, Greensburg, Medicine Lodge, Anthony, Coldwater, Sun City, Stafford, St. John?  I count that as SWKS, I don't think anyone else does though.  I also consider Hays and Great Bend SWKS because they are in the WAC.

If I list Fowler, I have to list other towns like Pierceville, Friend, Tennis, Healy, Logan, and Ford.  In retrospect Ingalls shouldn't have been on the list, but I love Ingalls.

yes, I am from the gray area, but I NEVER went west - only east. I think I went to a scholar's bowl tourney in Mackville and the JV tourney at Pratt but that's about it.
