Yep, 95+ pages berating your coach for leaving and I'm the whiner here.

I don't think you read the thread.  Add lazy and presumptuous to the list.

Does anyone think there's a correlation between Frank being on CBS and then accepting a job at a conference with a nice tv deal with CBS?

I mean...

No coaches at KSU team meeting. John Currie called it for players only. No word from Frank to staff yet either.

jfc. seriously frank?

jfc. seriously frank what?  Is he supposed to stop Currie from having meetings when he is 1800 miles away?  We know the assistants are in Manhattan, if they didn't meet with the players formally it is obviously because that's what Currie wants right now.

seriously that he hasn't given word to coaches. he hasn't communicated to any of them he's leaving?

jfc, bob huggins told his players face to face.

Huggins took the WVU job while being physically located in Manhattan.  Frank accepted his job 1800 miles away from Manhattan.  He could be taking a flight back to MHK and the back to South Carolina for all we know.

:dubious:

In the 3 minutes of retrospect I've had I determined all of your assumptions were correct and my assumptions were wrong.  Sorry, carry on.

I feel like somewhere in mhk all the players are together in a scene like the one from "major league" when they found out the owner was going to sell the team after the season was over. And instead of transferring, McGruder stands up on a table in front of the team and says: "Well guys, there's only one thing left to do, WIN THIS WHOLE MOTHER rough ridin' THING...... next season". (Angel jumps into JO's arms and Omari leaves the room)  :ksu:

I respect Frank's decision.  Was not a cowardly move.

At best this is a way to amuse ourselves until the real season starts.

New side of story from the inside on men's ball team. MUST READ   Reply
Take this for what it's worth. A source with extremely close ties to players told me that the players wanted Frank gone. They had numerous team discussions that they were willing to go to extreme measures, including transferring, if Frank were to stay. This explains why Frank would leave in such a cloud of dust. This also explains Frank being absent for the team meeting as well as the players being "surprisingly happy". Again, take it for what it's worth, but my source is an EXTREMELY credible source. No news on recruits, but as far as current players go, all should be well.

If that's true tomorrow's presser is going to be classic if players speak.

I know many people are trolling their asses off on this subject, but the people who truly banging the loyalty drum don't get this at all.
