I've never heard of So. Miss. Who is their best player? What conference? C-USA?

OMG! I was joking when i asked if they are in the C-USA, but it turns out they actually are!? Wow, what a garbage athletic program. Cats win BIG!

Just got done cruising their board and half of their fans think they are playing in the NIT.   What on earth?

i did some digging and found a little more information on mississippi, it's a little disturbing, so make sure your kids aren't around if you watch this.

I have a cousin-in-law that went to Southern Miss and I remember him telling me how you could just walk around campus and go to class and everything without a shirt on (if you're a guy, of course).  I don't even know how you can consider that a college

If you can call that a campus after Katrina hit

I'd say it's embarrassing for us. but look at the competition they're up against. Of course Southern Miss is the crap program of the State..

I think it helps their program more than it hurts ours.  Last night millions of people watched and said in unison, "Oh look it's KSU in the tourney AGAIN... and wait... who in the world is So Miss?"  And of those millions probably 12 or so people looked them up and now know So Miss is a school, which is almost double the amount of people who knew So Miss was a school before last night.  I mean who had any idea?  :dunno:

Mississippian's look down on basketball heavily.  Next time you are driving around a town in MS, look around....you won't see any driveway goals, and it's not because hurricanes pick them up and throw them through their FEMA house trailers...

How :opcat: are they?

A similar picture surfaced in Mississippi. Of 656 likely GOP primary voters surveyed, 12 percent said Obama was a Christian, 52 percent classified him as a Muslim, and 36 percent fell in the "not sure" category.

They tried to ruin the good name of the great Mon Calamari Admiral Ackbar...I think the Galactic Republic had to step in to stop that.

True story:
I once had to to a week of training for a new job at the Holiday Inn chef school in Olive Branch, MS.  Evenings, you didn't stay in Olive Branch except to sleep, you drove into Memphis.
