Champagne-Urbana > Manhattan, hands down.  Illinois is a better job than K-State.  Don't know why that is even a question, or why everyone thinks Frank would go to Illinois, or even more relevant, that Illinois wants Frank.

I think we should guess what color of hair Ching's wife does have.  Since its pretty obvious he's mexican, I assume she is too.  Black hair

If Chings is Mexican, I'm going to defer to his opinion on whether Frank would like Illinois, simply because they're both Mexican.  Chings, look up Illinois on the web and let us know whether we should really be worried or not.
