drinking on keto is a devil. my tolerance goes down embarrassingly low and then the next day is a nightmare. having a low tolerance is pretty fun though.

Also I weighed in at 200 this morning, this crap is hilariously effective. I have been very good about not cheating. For example just now I ate a Monterey melt at whataburger NO BUN NO FRIES! LIKE I ATE IT WITH A FORK AND A KNIFE WTF!!??

It’s not so bad.
