BTW, most of my use is for martial arts (spinning kicks wear on the knee a lot), although I also do some strength training.

Here is Frank Mir wearing one of these sleeves in a UFC title fight where he snapped Antonio Nogueira's forearm with a kimura. I think you'll be okay.

edit: I was mistaken. It was not a title fight.

I don't think Frank Mir and I have the same fighting style.

probably not, but that wasn't my point. i don't think you'll have a problem with slippage.

OK, that is if I get the right size. I see a bunch of comments that you actually need to order a size smaller. One lady even suggested 2 sizes smaller because hers stretched out after 3 weeks.
Maybe the women's sleeve will be better than these other unisex ones I have.

I ordered my pair 8 years ago, so I don't recall. Ordering 1 size smaller might not be a bad idea. Jackal's Gym and Rogue, the two primary US vendors for the company, both have excellent customer service. I'm sure they would be happy to help you get the sizing correct.

I was good all week, but my weight still hung around 213, so I got frustrated and went home and ate nachos today.  :frown:

I vary so much over one week.  I was 7 pounds heavier thursday than I was Wednesday.  Then today, back down the 7.  Pretty messed up.  I do this all the time without changing my eating hardly at all and I am really good at sticking to my macros.

Yeah, I never weigh after the weekend, because this happens to me all the time.

I don't think it's ever about how much you weigh or how much you lift. It's about how you look.

Started taking Thrive today. I can definitely tell I took something. I feel energized but sort of a too much caffeine energy and less a healthy feeling one. Eating may help this.

I'm taking the capsules, shake, and dermal.

Oh and the first thing I did this morning was go to the bathroom. So if that's a thing, I'll have to wake up earlier.

I'm detoxing this entire week. No drinks till Friday. Egg sandwich in the morning (whole wheat), salad for lunch, protein bar, and then lettuce wraps (tonight)/chicken &brocolli (tomorrow)/something else healthy the rest of the week. 5 miles a day. Abs today, Chest tomorrow, Abs Thursday, and probably arms on Friday.  :emawkid:

hey me too! ms. blast and i really hit it hard over the holidays, so we're doing a dry january (no alcohol) and a 10 day "cleanse." basically just pounding fruits and veggies, no dairy/sugar/wheat. i normally roll my eyes at the word "cleanse" but hey what the hell, what do i have to lose.

day 7/10 without dairy, wheat, caffeine, or red meat. there's a really weird list of "can't haves" on this "cleanse" that ms. blast's friend gave her. basically diet has consisted of eggs, chicken/turkey, veggies, and fruit. also almonds and sunflower seeds, non-salted of course! gets really old pretty quickly, and all the food commercials during the football games this weekend were brutal. still eating a decent amount, it's just all very healthy things with not a ton of variety. have lost a good amount of weight, but that's pretty standard in the first week of something like this.
