So I don't take any supplements other than a pre-workout. I love the one I have now but I'm about out and I'm starting to build up a tolerance to it.

What do you guys take or have had before that was good? This is what I have been using and it's awesome for those that are looking for something else too.

Caffeine pills for me. 95% of supplements are complete bullshit, and insanely expensive for what you are actually purchasing.

Well this one is a 5%er

Alright man. I'm gonna try it, for serious. Mainly because I like the name.

Back to hardcore dieting. Not fun, but way easier the second time around now that I know what I like and what I can eat 7 days a week and not get tired of.

I'm so bad at nutrition guys. Like, I love to eat and drink (alcohol) a lot.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

My experience is that if I could only do one (increase conditioning vs. decrease calories), dieting sheds weight faster.

So I did myfitnesspal yesterday and I only consumed 1400 calories.  That's gotta be off.  Maybe I'm a binge-y kinda eater.

Part of the reason I gave up my binge crown is that I gave up about 4000 calories of alcohol a week. Limiting to 2 drinks on weeknights

That is middle-aged-woman low, Emo.  Quantities guessed have to be the issue.  If not, good news.  You don't need shakes, you just need to eat.

Yeah,  unfortunately,  I can't gain much ground when drinking often. Heard a news report last week saying alcohol changes they way our bodies process calories and can decrease burn by up to 70% for hours after drinking.

I was very specific about quantities.  I even bar code scanned crap.  I'm thinking I probably have days here and there where I Okie Joe's and then kickball and drink 12 Coors Lights and it evens out.

Have you seen chicken prices?  My eff.  crap's getting expensive.  Wishing now I would have killed two deer.

The problem I have is that MFP is really awesome and accurate on prepackaged/processed foods, and not nearly as good and easy for produce / meat / etc. I don't really want to weigh everything I'm eating

Yes, exactly. Gooch is going to get pissed at me if I come into the kitchen to weight everything he is cooking.

I weighed stuff for like two weeks and felt really dorky about it and stopped. Just use the fist/portion method and you usually come out pretty close.

Also you can program your own numbers into MFP for produce/meat stuff and it starts to become pretty easy.

I thought about going to the gym last night, but I settled for calling in chinese. The rain really made me lazy. I got orange chicken, fried rice, and crab rangoons with sweet and sour sauce. I look super swole today.

I got up at 4AM with plans to do all this stuff and then I didn't.  There's actually some good shows on at 4AM.  Anyway, is there a web interface for MFP?  Seems like that'd be easier to program in regular meals and such.
