Why so mean to cns mr bread?

This isn't about CNS.  It's about phrasing.

Well to some if you don't have visible abs and can't achieve them, then you have some trouble losing weight.  It cheapens the concept.  Not having trouble not being a huge sloppy fatass isn't really the same thing.

Conceptually, most ppl have trouble losing weight, I would guess.

visible abs are not an indicator of level of physical fitness. plenty of people in terrible physical condition have visible abs. I'm not sure why I'm telling you this, you know this.

I didn't say that though.  We were talking about the ease of losing weight in an absolute sense.  If you lose weight easily, then you shouldn't have any problem stripping down to those abs if you were so inclined.  Where that does or doesn't put your physical fitness level never came up.

Absolutely.  It's worse when people say how easily they put muscle on and they have not muscular bodies.

I've got two weight ranges, where I am right now, 170-195 pounds, or Christian Bale in The Machinist. It's annoying.

6x6 is probably my new favorite rep/ set scheme for assistance work. 30 sec. to 1 min. rest intervals. All the pumps.

I have a couple variations of a 5x5 that have been my go to for a while now, when I get bored of whateves other workouts I try.

Bench of some sort, Abs of some sort, pull ups, rows, quads(squats, high step up, kettle bell swings, lunges, or something of the like).

I don't know if I would go that far. I just like to lift weights.

I lift at the Rec during the afternoons right now. I usually get there between 1:30 and 2:30. If you're ever there around that time, I'm probably the douchey guy wearing this stuff:

or

and possibly a grungy pair of these
