This guy makes an appearance and yet again makes me laugh.

"How will I recruit to Manhattan? Well, distance. And the proud state of basketball. It start there, and then daily flights to Dallas, because I'm really good at going out. Like top five good. Ask my wife. She wants me to be happy."

For reference, the ring road is like the beltway in DC. And the MB is shutting it down.

Oh, and the Morsi protestors allegedly caught a thief at their camp. And cut his finger off.

This seems like a non story compared to the Copt heads and the MB lighting crap up.   :dunno:

I think you shouldn't try to steal stuff from an angry mob.  Little chance of reasonably discussing consequences

someday down the road these people fighting will be sitting around Houston's eating dinner next to each other and out will come the, "what were we thinking??!?" then they'll chuckle and finish off their flying chicken platters.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

There are levels of understanding.  It is good to know when you don't really want to know any more.  Like reading Genesis was enough for me to know that I was not going to care to read any more about the genealogy or how many hundreds of years the various Cainites lives.

That's the street in front of the fancy Semiramis hotel (the embassy is a few blocks away around the corner to the right). They spray the street each morning and during the day to keep the dust down for their guests.
