So, superstud Mrs Rex has just been personally requested by the ambassador to remain here. As I've often said, I am the sidekick in this relationship.

Not thrilled about my leaving my pregnant wife here while I live in a DC hotel for a month or so, but I do enjoy being married to such a stud boss badass.

Also, she is going to buy sheep for everyone. :excited:

Oh man. Just rewatched another vid where I drunkenly reassure Mrs Rex that the explosions are just "fire rockets" right before I get pelted with flaming debris from said pyrotechnics. The clip also includes me saying "debemos hablar en Spanish" about two minutes before I put the square on emaw blast. God bless that woman.

I'm happy for Dax. We are being evac'd just because of the Benghazi scandal. There is zero danger here. In 30 days or so, everyone will return because that's when local private schools start and the gov already paid tuition for everyone's kids. But in the meantime, I have to leave my stud/boss kickass but 5-month pregnant wife by herself so that everyone back home knows we're taking care of Americans.

lol.  Checked out the logistics on leaving under dip passport and returning under private passport. It's a no go. This is 100% DC-driven. The ambassador and regional security officer are against it. I literally have to fly to DC and basically just rough ridin' hang out for 3-4 weeks before returning because Benghazi.
