aTm could be included in the NBA prospect group (Middleton, Turner).

We have good college basketball players, but not quite NBA guys right now. We all know what Pullen did, and he didn't even get drafted.

Is it safe to say Frank is the only coach in the top 6 of this league without a legit NBA prospect?

Who is Mizzou's "legit" NBA prospect?  :dunno:

I would say that is safe to say but is the statement a net positive or negative?

Denmon has recently started to show up on Draft boards and in discussion...English not yet...Rat never.  No room for beneath the rim bigs that aren't + shot blockers/defenders.  I wouldn't say any are "legit"  or "surefire" NBA prospects like Robinson, Jones, Miller, etc.

Negative in regards to recruiting.  Positive in regards to coaching.  Frank squeezes every little bit of talent out of the players he's given.  I love Frank.

re: Denmon, I don't get how he goes.  I mean, Jake was everything Denmon is and more and didn't go.  The only thing Denmon has over Jake is about 2" height, iirc.

I was going off of Chad Ford's Draft Top 100.

Big 12 players in Ford's Top 100:
#4 Robinson KU
#10 Jones BU
#17 Miller BU
#29 Kabongo UT
#35 Withey KU
#41 Nash OSU
#50 Middleton aTm
#54 Denmon MU
#57 Ratliffe MU
#66 White ISU
#74 Brown UT
#88 Taylor KU
#92 Johnson KU

The only K-State player Ford has ranked is Jamar at #172.
