No way. You need I think 1,000-1,500+ hrs to become an airline pilot. You need to have a commercial license first, and some of those guys on GL may be only licensed commercially but they would only be allowed to co-pilot. So at least one of those dudes will have 1,500+ hrs. Not to mention 100+ hrs to fly at night. The multi-engine and turbine ratings would be needed for the planes they're flying, but those don't actually require hours to get, just an endorsement.

The legislation requires all airline pilots to log at least 1,500 hours of flight time before flying passengers, up from the current 250-hour minimum for newly hired co-pilots. The bill also boosts training, mandates the creation of a national database of pilot records to help airlines conduct background checks before hiring and aims to reduce pilot fatigue by directing the FAA to update rules on pilot duty hours.
