Apple Jack, I am running a gruelling two miler tomorrow.  So this afternoon I am going to take a nap.  Then maybe carb load.  Maybe meditate for a bit.

AJ, I've got Corporate Challenge Softball this weekend and Kickball playoffs on Sunday. It's going to be an Olympic type weekend for me. I'll probably try to get my PAK on tonight with a new group of fillies I've been hanging out with.  :fatty:

I will be holding First Friday down.   :D

Royals tomorrow followed up by Serbfest then hockey on Sunday.

I would recommend carb loading with the finest brew you can find.  You will sweat it all out on the first mile.
