Multigrain wheat. Boars Head corned beef and prosciutto. Horseradish cheddar and Vermont cheddar. Hellmans Mayo and Siracha.

Is that BH corned beef any good? Im craving corned beef today but I don't know if I feel like going through the process to make my own. Also, Im hungry now. Guess I could throw some in a crockpot and enjoy when I come home half plowed tonight.

I thought it was pretty good. Would have been better with kraut and swiss. It wasn't as good as crock pot corned beef though. The horseradish cheddar was superb. Could dig some more kick in it though.

I used to work at a gourmet sammy shop. All I'm saying is that a warm roast beef, sautéed onions, aioli, provolone, horse radish, on a toasted rye is to die for. We called it the Sgt. Pepper.

Use good bread and this isn't a problem. Sandwiches are maybe the best culinary invention ever. So many options!
