Think what you want, I really don't care. I'd rather be honest than feign righteous indignation. If my 15yo, hormone-addled son got pervy at a slumber party, I'd remove him from the family for a while and stick him in counseling. I wouldn't take him to the police and brand him for life as a sex offender. The unconditional love of a parent swings both ways, as any real parent knows. But by all means, heap on the scorn.

It never ceases to amaze me the level of savage pleasure certain people take in uncovering the sinful acts of professed Christians - even the perverse acts of a 15 year old boy over a decade ago. Not just the boy must be punished, but the parents, too. I'm guessing this because they made some comments supporting traditional marriage?

No the parents should be punished because they went out and said that "children were under threat" because of an LGBT proposal in Fayatteville, AR at the same time they were covinring up that their own son was molesting girls, including members of their own family.

You mentioned several times that you would provide counseling for the boy.  WHAT ABOUT THE GIRLS THAT WERE MOLESTED?

We don't know exactly what happened to those girls.  But here is what the home schooling materials that the Duggars used in the home, promote and speak at the yearly conference for has to say about counseling sex abuse.



I'd save the sanctimony about how the Duggars handled their son, and spend a bit more time thinking about what they did for their girls.
