Do a search on Charlie Weis and Super Bowl rings and you'll find Weis really likes to talk about his rings. They didn't really seem to help him much everywhere else he's been in college, but maybe they'll win some games at KU.

Weis recruited well at ND and still lost a crap load of games. (Not sure what happened to the tactical advantage he promised.) Weis won't be at KU long, I'd be more worried about his successor. Still not worried, it's freaking KU for Pete's sake. Maybe Weis and his team of transfers can keep it within 30 next season but I'd be surprised.
