Seems to me, he's more like Evridge.  AE was one of our worst QB's I seen on the field.  Also, I agree Grant Gregory didn't light up the boards.  But he beat out the QB's we had on the roster, even with two bad shoudlers!  This is what Weis will do,  Crist then Heaps for the next three yrs.  Other OB's on the roster will ride the bench or transfer.

Good coaches don't take over teams that have no chance of winning. Weis obviously looked at the roster and saw enough talent there to warrant a move. Don't be too surprised if we go ahead of expectations this year.

At the half of the NC State/Louisville game, Mayday didn't seem very confident in the Weis hire at Kansas.  Something about them only going 16-21 in his last 3 years without Willingham's recruits.  Also, he said recruiting to Kansas isn't as easy as recruiting to Notre Dame.

Liberty: I am hearing that Bethune-Cookman quarterbacks coach Joe Dailey and former Kansas assistants Vantz Singletary and Aaron Stamn have accepted positions at Liberty under Turner Gill.  Singletary coached the linebackers at Kansas.  Stamn served as the special teams coordinator / tight ends coach.
