omaha recently changed it to 2 am, because the bar owners were whining, and I think lincoln might have just pushed it back to 2 am too

I believe this is up to the individual county or city whether or not to do this.  Look for higher DWI rates due to drunks racing to a "2am county" so they can chug a few more Busch Lights.
