Guys,

I saw this on another website, and it seems to be really popular (really catching fire, probably the next "fear the beard" type thing) and I'd like for us to start doing it on this site.

When you reach a certain number of posts, you need to announce that you have reached that certain number of posts, and then you need to say something particularly unflattering about another sports team and/or school!

I haven't been able to ascertain what the precise rules are on the "certain number," so let's just work under the assumption that if that number is important to you, it's important to every other poster as well. OK?

Pretty strict rules on this, you have to call out another sports program when you hit your milestone post count. It's up to you to determine your special milestone number.

Not sure if you can call out another poster. I'll defer to Rick on this (his rules, not mine).

for my 777th post I want to say that I liked this thread and want to bring it back and I am getting tired of the pigaggies ruining the football board but mostly that I'm excited for bball posting to get good once big xii play starts and I am also looking forward to combo fanning season starting in april and ive had way too much caffeine over the past few weeks to keep up with school
