I would be surprised if KU won in Manhattan this year, just based on how tough it is to play there now and how intense your defense is at home.  I see KU winning in Lawrence by double digits, though. 

Pretty much exactly opposite of what I would've expected after "I'm calling it now. KU will beat K-State Oct. 22nd."

I've been reading these threads without posting for quite awhile. This guy, though, was actually stupid enough to warrant a response from me. Is it a coincidence that he's a squawkhawk? *shrug* Maybe.

T-Rob stats: Robinson sat behind 3 post players that were NBA lotto picks, his points/rebounds per minute have been off-the-charts, was also considered a fringe NBA lotto pick last draft (if he had declared), and hasn't even been a starter yet

any NBA/talent scout would tell you Taylor and Johnson are the top 2 or 3 pro-prospect guards in the Big 12.

Taylor has led his team to a 95-14 record as KU's starting point guard - that's decent

Spradling- started shaving last week
Rodriquez- decent freshman

First off, I was also considered a fringe NBA lotto pick in the last draft (if I had declared). So was my grandmother, my neighbor, and two of my dogs. The file cabinet next to me didn't quite make that cut.

Second, being on the team isn't nearly the same as *leading* the team. Calling Taylor a "leader" is akin to me spitting on you, and you calling it a thunderstorm. (I'd spit a lot, but it wouldn't really be a weather event.)

Finally, what would any "NBA/talent scout" have said about Josh Selby a year ago? How did that work out against the Cats last season? Do you come to your own conclusions about things, or is your opinion based solely on what other people say? Or...do you want me to answer that for you?

I'd say that not a single ksu starter has a chance vs ku's starters with the exception of withey and that would be a stretch as you'd either go with Jamar or Jordan in his place.  That is kinda a tough call though as i'm not sure withey is going to even play more minutes than the other two bigs for KU.

So if I understand you, you're claiming Goat Roper U is better than KU at every position.  If that's your claim, I also supposing that that means you're practically guaranteeing that last year's B12 Preseason Men's Basketball Champions will finish ahead of KU in the B12, right?
