might as well, do this now.
imo rotation goes this-a-way:
bold is predicted starter
comboguard (guarding pg w/ exception for dom potentially guarding) Pullen 30+/irving/spradling 10
comboguard (guarding sg) Russel 10-15/dom 10/mcgruds10-15
swing dom 10-15/jamsam 10-15/mcgruds 10
pf kelly 20/jamsam 10-15/
block wally 20/kelly/jhr/asprilla 20
could see jamsam staying in 6th man role and either jhr or wally starting for the tip. dunno.
min/pg Prediction
1) pullen
2) kelly
3) dom
4) jam
5) mcgruds (russel getting yanked and mcgruds playing swing)
Bench
6th Man- Wally
loser of Russel/Mcgruds
winner of jhr/asprilla
winner of irving/sprads
loser of jhr/asprilla
loser of irving/sprads
ENERGY jr.- ojeleye
Make no mistake, we will go 10 deep for a while. Will be interesting to see: if Frank really believes what he's said about jamar at the 3, and if he does, if that means we are going to start to get big really fast (and crowded at the 2/3). If i had to guess, I think Jamar starts and Wally becomes first off the bench and starts getting schooled on hitting quick turnarounds/elbows and gets with c-kel to learn some moves.
If so, we could be throwing out some vintage oSu tweener specials and just out-physical/out-length/out-athletic pretty much anyone. Then again, we already lost a TON of speed at pg and the size will compound our transition game problems.
