Rawhide bones. My dog loves them. Apparently they can be deadly? Thoughts?

Yes my dog loved them, stopped giving them to her after we had to get one surgically removed from her stomach.

They’re also incredibly fatty and can cause weight issues if your dog struggles with that.

Anyone here had experience with mini Aussie?  Thinking about getting back in the dog owner game, but not wanting a full size dog.

i have a border collie that topped out at 30 lbs.  she's great, just like a bigger border collie, but smaller.

We had the 65 lb border collie when the boys grew up.  She made it to 14 before we lost her.  That's been 3 years ago so getting the itch for another dog.  The 2 cats aren't doing it for me.

Some psycho dog in my new place bit Payton last night.  Another ER trip and another week of antibiotics, this time complicated in that it was to be Sergio tricking her into taking them for 2 days while we're at BeasleyPAK.  I might end up driving to Portland and taking her with us now.

I was just out telling another neighbor the story and he said that same dog bit another dog earlier this week.  XT and nicname might get to witness an old-school chokeout this weekend.

Gator has been Andy dufresning in the back yard when we leave him outside to play. Today he escaped by crawling under the fence in a hole he's been digging since he got there. It's been covered up by leaves. Neighbors had to ring on my doorbell over lunch to let me know he had dug his way into their backyard.  :bang:

4th of July's on a Wednesday next year.  I'm driving us to Canada that Tuesday afternoon and staying up there until Sunday.

Booked, but going up the Wednesday morning and coming back Saturday, and going to Victoria instead of Vancouver.  Beginning and end of the route include driving onto and riding a ferry.  Marriott/SPG merged points worked out just right; she'll be pleased.

Just dropped Gator off at doggie day care for the first time and OMG I can watch him play from my work computer. I'm totally geeking out right now.

Yeah, I've had to really focus, but I can tell it's him because he's wearing a white collar since it's his first day. What's funny is my brother in laws dog Champ is in the same group as him.

Possible bonus, might get to see whales while avoiding fireworks.
