I remember the big kibble too sys, but I don't see why the size matters

right now, i'm mixing pedigree adult and diamond puppy.  seems to work pretty well for the pup, but my older dog is getting fat (maybe not the fault of the mix).

it matters to me because i use cheap dog food to feed my mice and all these newfangled kibbles are too small and slip through the bars of the hoppers and the only one i can find that still uses a nice big kibble is pedigree large breed which is too expensive for mice and also they now dye about 1/3 of the kibbles red or green and i don't like that either.

i don't think it does matter to the dogs, which is why it's so annoying that there isn't some variety in kibble size.

That dog is happy 24/7.  He is really a nice dog.  Starting to slow down.  I'm going to miss him crap tons when he's gone.

My son can kinda say his name.  He thinks both dogs are named Ikie actually.

Just a few screws loose.  If he's in the backseat of my truck he faces the rear and looks out the back window.  Sketti brains for sure.

he's probably mad because someone tied a yellow dishtowel around his midsection and none of you assholes will help him get it off.

 That's big bird (I knew, you knew that). That place that helps foster dogs, is at risk of losing their building, so they're selling costumes to raise money. Ms. Wacky bought a bunch for him. That was my favorite.

@Mrsgooch He's actually pretty quiet. Just a giant bad person!

I know what the puppy food is for, just not the "large breed" part. don't really care either. she seems to enjoy it. Once a week (after we do scent training sesh's) if she's good she gets chicken and rice for dinner. man she really goes crazy for that stuff.

large breed is less nutrient dense so that the pups grow slower because growing too fast can cause joint problems in larger dogs.  some brands also have stuff that is supposed to help with joint health, but afaik no one really knows if they work or not.

no offense, but your pup actually looks very slightly on the tubby side, so less nutrient dense food is probably a good idea even if liblib thinks she's small.
Cool, thanks for the info.

Haha she's actually not overweight at all, just the picture I think. Here's a better one.

I am kinda fascinated with hound dogs.  Generally, I like a dog with a job.  And I guess at some point most (if not all?) dogs were bred for a job.  Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is...Where the Red Fern Grows, oh man, so good.

Dogs love having a job too. I wish someone would have trained mine in hunting jobs and stuff and then would have taken her hunting. She'd really enjoy it.
